Excellent cooking experience! - My husband and I did a jerk cooking class with Nicole’s Table, and we also stayed at Nicole and Adam’s Airbnb during our stay in Antigua. The cooking class was such a great experience, the highlight of our trip. The food and the rum punch was delicious - can’t wait to try the recipes back home! Nicole and her family are really friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Would very much recommend!!

Like a mini-vacation within a vacation - We had a fantastic time cooking with Nicole. She is as talented a teacher as she is a cook. Our group appreciated how she guided us through the recipes and steps, and encouraged us to participate with the chopping, stirring, blending, and seasoning. The food ended up being beyond delicious--the best our family had while in Antigua. I easily ate my body weight in the Plantain Chips with Nicole’s Zesty Dip. But this experience wouldn't have been as wonderful without a genuine personal element. We loved meeting Nicole's family, including her husband, Adam, and talented daughter, Emily, and all of their pets, including three charming dogs, an I-rule-the-roost cat, and a small army of tortoises. By the way, the lucky dogs get nutritious homemade meals, prepared by Nicole! Being in Nicole's airy home, with its breathtaking views of the island, and interacting with her family members, friends, and the other guests, was like a mini-vacation within a vacation. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a memorable adventure and delicious meal while in Antigua. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Don’t miss it! - This was a great experience to be hosted at Nicole’s beautiful home. We met friendly people and got to enjoy the group experience of cooking local dishes. We don’t eat meat so we swapped to plant-based ingredients. It was lovely, don’t miss it.

Amazing food and experience - I found and booked Nicole's Table online before we arrived in Antigua. My best friend and I were on a girl's trip. We loved our jerk cooking class! We learned so much about the culture through food and Nicole and brought all of the recipes home to wow our families. We felt so welcomed by Nicole, her husband, and family in their beautiful home. And her rum punch was the best we had on our entire trip. Highly recommend.

Cooking in Paradise - we loved being Jerks - This was a return visit - we had cooked with Nichole “BC” (before Covid) and were happy to be back. The location is beautiful, close to and easy to get to from the port. The gardens surrounding the house are filled with well-tended succulents and inside, plenty of orchids. Nichole’s home has a very relaxed ambience, putting you in the right mood for a really enjoyable culinary experience. She does an excellent job of finding ways to involve all participants in the class, from serious cooks (like us) to timid “wanna-be’s.” We always learn a great deal about the food culture of Antigua and other islands and appreciate how islanders worked with and adapted to both the bounty and limits of food available to them. The Jerk marinade was awesome! It doesn’t come from a jar, and the accompaniments - rice & beans, pineapple salsa, pumpkin fritters and rainbow salad - made for a memorable meal. It was remarkable that we could eat it all, considering that before the meal, we gorged on plantain chips and zesty garlic-lime dip. They are more addictive than any potato chip you’ve ever eaten! The meal finished with easy-to-make individual coconut tarts, and of course, there was rum punch with the meal. The taxi driver picked us up at the arranged time, and was treated to a coconut tart. We are only sorry that when we return to Antigua in 2026, time constraints of our cruise prevent us from enjoying another cooking class at Nichole’s Table.

A must-do authentic experience - Definitely a must-do authentic experience while in Antigua. Nicole is a great teacher. The location is beautiful with amazing views from the veranda overlooking the Caraibean sea. Very relaxed atmosphere. Totally enjoyed learning to cook jerk chicken and all the other complimentary dishes. The rum, the delicious food we prepared, the hosts and the other foodies company ... Absolutely loved it and highly recommend to attend one of Nicole's Table cooking class.

A must-do experience in Antigua! - The All About Jerk cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Antigua! The class was in-depth and the menu was extensive. Everything we cooked was delicious and I have already made some of the recipes at home! Nicole and Adam make the experience fun and inviting as well as educational. I will certainly be back to take more classes the next time I am in Antigua and highly recommend the experience for anyone who loves cooking, eating, and learning about local cuisine/culture!
