Great time - Kevin and Jo -Jo were great. We had a fun day with them . Was much better what cruise line has offered. We learned a lot and had fun plus water levels change was great to see. We stoped and had one of the best ice creams and later best soup

Most enjoyable tour! - We saw so many sites in the time we had. Our guide was both knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend the area and tour for getting around and seeing the area.

Great - We had a great tour guide. The highlight was seeing the reversing falls. The fall leaves were beautiful.

Good time in Halifax! - Jonathan was a fantastic Tour Guide! The tour bus was easily accessible and very clean! We had an enjoyable day and ate at a wonderful seafood Restaurant on the water. We saw all the main sites with a historic City Tour.

Wonderful town on the bay. - We were cruise passengers and this was an excellent way to see the beautiful city and the Bay Of Fundy. The old town’s shops and restaurants were plentiful. The locals were very friendly and were helpful to us.

Great but - Tour and guide were great. The only thing wrong was our cruise ship docked at 2:30p. Only had about 3 hours of daylight.

The reversing falls fail - Our boat trip from the cruise dock to the reversing falls got canceled so we took a cab. The water in the inlet was moving and pushing the water up the river, but not that impressive. Took a walk around downtown which is near the cruise dock; OK but not great. We liked Halifax waterfront much better.

A LOOOOONNNNNGGGG Drive in an uncomfortable bus. - Very little appeal except watching the river change flow direction after 3-4 hours of driving around in a very cramped converted school bus for children, painted a black to try to disguise what it really was. The guide was knowledge able regarding sites visited but constantly chatted about her family events to fill in the time. Not what I expected of a Viator experience that was very expensive. I filed a funds request for 1/2 of the cost and received a reply that they would refund less than 1/6 of the cost. I plan on disputing this again.

The tour guide was late,... - The tour guide was late, and wasn't attentive to the cruise ship's arrival time. We sat in the bus waiting for her. She talked 80% about her own stories, and not about the history or stories about the Brusnwick Shore, nor Sant John.... She did not take us to the cave, only pointed to the cave; while other tour that my friend went with, the tour guide prepared rain boots to walk inside the cave with terrific memories. And our tour cost twice as much a theirs. I thought you charged too much with a very poor tour guide.

A complete bust... - We we booked this as an excursion off our cruise. First, when we arrived at the port, the cruise operator (Wow A) was nowhere to be found. I tried calling them and Viator however Wow A is in the UK and were unreachable. It turns out that they "sold" or "subcontracted" our reservation to another company without advising either us, Viator or the new tour company (Hugo Tours). I found out only by accident when I tried to see if another tour had room and would take us. This is completely unacceptable. Second, the tour operator knew that our ship was docking in the afternoon (as well as at the beginning of off-season) and still booked the tour even though we would be unable to see a number of the sites promised.. (One of our stops required us to drive over 1/2 an hour each way only to get to a beach basically in the dark and being told that there were caves which we couldn't see or go to at this point). Our group ended up ending the tour about an hour early since there was nothing we could see in the dark and the tour guides weren't even sure if some of the places were going to be open. I'd like to make it clear that our guides (Hans and Chris) were great in that they really tried to find places for us to go and see... It was not their fault that they were put in this situation and I do give them credit... The problem lies completely with the tour companies.
