Amazing circumnavigation of Antigua - We enjoyed this trip so much last year that we booked again. The boat, a large catamaran, was comfortable and not too crowded. All the interesting landmarks were pointed out to us and we went close by Jumby Island before anchoring at Green Island for snorkelling and lunch and where we saw several turtles. There was a very choppy passage before we got there but calmer on the Caribbean side. After an excellent lunch and rum punches we set off again and called in at Falmouth Harbour where we were able to look at all the large and luxurious yachts. At the end of the tour we were dropped off at our hotel, the Royalton at Deep Bay saving us the transfer from St. John's where we had had to join the ship.

Rianna is the best booking agent ever! - I had the pleasure of working with Rianna during my recent stay at Royalton Chic Antigua, and I cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional service! From the moment we met Rianna, her warmth and friendliness made us feel at ease. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for in an excursion, and her recommendation of the Excellence Power Catamaran was absolutely perfect. Rianna's knowledge of the island and the various activities available was outstanding. She provided great details about the excursion. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about creating unforgettable experiences for her guests. Even after the tour, she checked on us to make sure that everything went smoothly. The Excellence Power Catamaran itself was a breathtaking adventure. The tour and Green Island is beautiful! It was all thanks to Rianna's expert guidance that we had such a memorable day. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism, attention to detail, and the genuine care she put into ensuring our experience was one to remember. If you're ever at Royalton Chic Antigua, do yourself a favor and seek out Rianna for any excursions or advice. She is a true gem!

Excellence 360 cruise - We had a really good time the staff was friendly. The boat is really nice and handle the waves in rough waters very nicely. The staff danced with us and gave us information about things around the island . It was well worth the money we spent. Only reason they lost a star from me is the back bench by the stern is loose and nearly fell out the seat.

Pick another boat! - The snorkeling spot was totally crowded. We only stopped at one tiny island with 5+ other boats and essentially no beach. Half of the staff was rude, the others were friendly and made an effort to ensure guest were having a good time which is why I gave this a 3 star and not less.

Poor advertisement - False advertisement. Don’t fall for the “14” people in the listing. There was close to 70 people piled on a boat, no seat for my wife or me. They had us snorkel on top of each other, getting kicked in the face by the dozens of snorklers around you. Save your money and find a different excursion. Plus they were very rude on the trip to their guests.

Not usually one for reviews but this is a ripoff and not sure what you get for your money - If you enjoy being herded like cattle then this is the trip for you. From the start you’re packed in like sardines with limited seating. The snorkelling was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. The reef is dead and fish few and far between. This is probably due to the large boats destroying the reef. Not only is the snorkelling terrible but you’re also made to swim like a pod of dolphins for 45 minutes and are restricted to this specific areas. In all fairness the food was decent and the bar had ample drinks for the day. The whole experience just seems to be one big cash driver. The staff don’t seem interested at the best of times and are incredibly rude in how they speak to you. To top off our day the boat broke down in English Harbour where we were stranded for several hours. They failed to communicate what was wrong and this meant people were just stood around on the boat in the baking heat. One woman passed out due to the heat and in the end they had to cancel the rest of the trip. We were told we would be transported back to our resorts by the taxis that brought us which was completely understandable however, the organisation of getting people to these taxis was chaos. The staff didn’t seem to know who was actually on their boat and where they needed to get to. Baring in mind we only completed part of the trip there was no mention of any kind of refund and then they had the audacity to say down the microphone that there’s a tip jar to tip the service.

We were originally booked... - We were originally booked for August 14. The trip was canceled and Viator and Nexus tours rebooked us for Thursday the 15th only to find out the morning of the trip. The boat is not running, and Viator has not been responsive on a refund.
