Enthusiastic and passionate Cognac distillers. - Rebecca shared the enthusiasm her family has for producing unique products and experiences. The family is committed to honor the past while exploring products that are outside the box. We learned about the process, the soil, and the history. We were able to taste all of their products as each was explained with passion. To our delight a few nights later we found two of the items were available at our hotel bar. The experience is worth the lovely drive to the small village of Tarsac.
