Bukeyashiki (Samurai Residences, Former Kawahara-San House) - Facing the street lined with earthen ramparts and hedges that still recall the image of the castle town of Sakura, three samurai residences are currently open to the public: the Former Kawara Family Residence (a cultural property designated by Chiba Prefecture), the Former Tajima Family Residence (a cultural property designated by Sakura City), and the Former Takei Family Residence.

Shinsho-ji Temple - Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a historic temple, especially famous for its goma prayer. The main hall of the temple is majestic, and the splendid carvings in the inner sanctuary are a highlight of the temple. Nearby is the vast Naritasan Park, where visitors can enjoy the seasonal beauty of the area. The Niomon Gate and the three-story pagoda, both designated as important cultural properties, are also must-sees.
