Thai traditional Fruits and Vegetable Carving is an integral aspect of Thai culture, its roots dating back to the Sukhothai dynasty in the 14th century. The Legend of Loi Krathong Festival – Thai’s annual festivity celebrated in November by floating lamps and lanterns in a river as a tribute to water spirits, has been inherited by us and now being taught by our Head Chef. Learning these will provide elegance to your culinary creations through small decorative engravings.
• This course covers the techniques of fruit carving, proper utilization of carving tools, selection of high-quality fruits, and maintaining its shape after carving.
• If you have basic knowledge of carving, then let us know. Our chef will guide you towards a more advanced stage of carving mastery.
• The Service also includes pick up and drop off from your hotel.
