This guided day trip offers a chance to explore the beauty of the southern 4 islands of Koh Lanta. Starting with an 8am pick-up from your hotel lobby, your first stop will be Koh Chuak. Arrive around 9:45am to snorkel and feed the fish.
Next, head to Koh Mook, famous for its Emerald Cave. The entrance to Morakot Cave is on the western side of Koh Mook and can only be accessed by swimming through an 85-meter tunnel, leading to a white beach with an emerald pool surrounded by steep cliffs.
A tasty lunch will be served on Koh Kradan, a beautiful island with a pristine sandy beach and clear waters with stunning corals, perfect for snorkeling.
After lunch, continue to the small karst islets of Koh Cheuk, Koh Mah, and Koh Waen. These spots offer excellent snorkeling, sea caves, and small sandy beaches. You can feed the fish with bread or bananas, and spot thousands of giant bats.
If sea conditions are too rough for the small islets, you’ll stop at Koh Ngai instead. This charming island is covered in tropical forest and has a sandy beach along its eastern coast.
Return to Koh Lanta around 4pm for transfer back to your hotel.
This trip has everything for a fantastic day exploring Thailand on a speed boat: sandy islands, emerald pools, amazing snorkeling, caves, and beaches you won’t want to leave.
