Perfect .... - Perfect . The staff are amazing and funny , and took us on a beautiful tour. The cave and the beach was amazing

A Really Great Day Out - What a fabulous day out. Absolutely fantastic scenery and only short periods on the boat. The secret beach is incredible and the swim through the cave to get there is great fun. Lunch on the beach on the last island was really really good. Would recommend this trip to break up your holiday. Kids would love it too. Some amazing sights when snorkelling. A great day out for sure.

A recommendation - Super guides, all well organized. Very nice day, highly recommended. A must if you are on koh lanta

Brilliantly organised. friendly, helpful staff, lovely food, amazing views - Absolutely fantastic tour, from the moment we where picked up at our hotel and brought to the pier everything was brilliant. We made our way down the lengthy pier to arrive at I believe there was 4 longtail boats waiting we got on the first boat and it quickly filled up (not uncomfortably just enough people) and we set off .. the captain and the other 2 staff where brilliant and me been me quickly got chatting to them all having a bit of fun and laughing. I am a very poor swimmer so decided to sit out the first stop of snorkeling but my wife was straight in and loved every minute. The guides looked at me as the only one left on the boat and we exchanged a joke about me swimming downwards lol. At the second stoo it was time to hand in our phones and was given chance to swim through a cave in the darkness to reveal a beautiful setting I the middle of an island where they handed back our phones to take photos. (Of course again the guides poked a little fun at me) everyone was given life jackets and I took one as I felt safe in the knowledge that with one I can't go down...right?. We made inside safely but when it came them to leave I got half way and ran into a little bother banging my head a then panic set in, I feared for my life not been able to see properly clinging to the ceiling of the cave couldn't see my wife but within moments the guide appeared grabbed me by the jacket and calmly spoke to reassure I'm safe. Catching my breath while been helped along I felt good and soon emerged and got safely back on the boat. The next stop was snorkeling ( i sat that one out ) my wife loved every minute. Our final stop was to a stunning beach clear water white sand and a stunning setting to end a almost perfect day 👌. Here the staff fed us some perfectly cooked curry, rice, noodles etc and left us alone to wander for about 2 hours before we had to board the boat for the hour trip back to lanta old town pier... Overall would I recommend this trip? 100% yes l!! I can't swim but my wife is a good swimmer I loved every minute so did she. The staff on the baot where both knowledgeable and very friendly and very patient with me when I made the mistake of going in the water when I should have stayed out. So I would like to thank everyone who organised the tour and don't hesitate to book this one if your in lanta

1hr boat ride to the... - 1hr boat ride to the first island, 25mins of snorkelling, then a short ride to the emerald cave, then another 10-15 min ride to the last snorkelling destination. The second spot was much less crowded with other boats and had a bigger area to snorkel in. We then got a lunch on another island which was yummy. The smell of petrol and people smoking in the boat was a bit off-putting, but other than that the trip was enjoyable and great value for money.

Lovely staff but jelly fish season :( - The guys on the boat were fantastic and friendly they were 5/5 however what we didn’t know was that it’s jelly fish season. If you ventured in snorkelling you came out with stings. Everyone on the boat experienced this. So we didn’t go through the cave to emerald lake etc. even the people wearing protective clothing were stung on their ankles :(

Nice day out on the islands around koh lanta - Lots of great snorkeling but our boat was too full as they had been greedy. The lunch was fine but a bit cold, a particular highlight was the cave we swam through

Check the weather forecast - Unfortunately weather conditions weren't ideal on the day we went. Big swell didn't make the boat ride enjoyable. It was cloudy and the visibility at the snorkel sites very bad also due to coral spawning. Like every tourist attraction be prepared to share a sight with lots of other boats and people. The staff was very nice and lunch was good. I'm sure on a sunny calm day the experience would be much better.

Just don’t book Lanta longtail tour - I don’t recommend Lanta Longtail tour, Koh lanta. We booked with them and they cancelled due to being oversold but never bothered to tell us, so we waited for pickup this morning and no one arrived, I rang them, that’s when they told me that they had no space. I have spoken on the phone to book them and followed up with an email at the time of booking but they did not bother to contact me to cancel. We leave the island tomorrow so didn’t have a chance to book elsewhere, so very angry 😡 the silver lining is I read the bad Google reviews and it looks like it might have been a good thing. I guess I’ll never know. Every time I try to level feedback they say this isn’t anything to do with us…. I rang the number listed on brochure to book and communicated by emailed on [email protected]

Dissatisfied - We booked this tour in September 2024, we were in Thailand for two weeks Jan 2025 and this was the only tour to let us down, the booking was confirmed several times by the company and I even recieved an email the night before but they still failed to show up, after several heated and rude telephone conversations they finally agreed to return my money but wanted me to drive to a restaurant to collect it, no apology or explanation as to why the trip never went ahead I was trying to support a small business but I will use get your guide or Viator in future, very dissatisfied. Money was returned eventually by bank transfer but we still missed seeing some lovely places as it was to late to book elsewhere.😡
