• Lanta Thai Cookery School - Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your hotel on Koh Lanta along the main road between Saladan and Kantiang Bay. Lanta Thai Cookery School situated in the heart of a lush rubber plantation. Here you can learn to cook that favorite Thai recipe. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn how easy it is to cook authentic Thai cuisine with a Thai chef with a long experience.

Let the cooking begin! There are 10 dishes to choose from and you get to prepare 4 in total. The session starts with a vote among the group for which dishes everyone would like to cook. The four with the most votes will be the ones prepared. Once the dishes were selected, you will be suggested various ingredients used in Thai cooking. In addition, you will taste more delicious ingredients such as tamarind and palm sugar. Enjoy a feast of your own making at the end of the class!

We host enjoyable and informative Thai cooking classes, driven by our passion to impart Thai culinary knowledge to enthusiasts. The classes are held in our open-concept kitchen, steered by our local chef.
• From a choice of 10 dishes, you will participate in preparing 4, tailoring them with Chicken, Beef, Seafood, or Vegetarian options.
• Our guided tour of the garden acquaints you with the herbs, spices, and vegetables that define Thai food.
• Exhilarate your taste buds with the unique flavors of your own creations, a delightful respite from the seaside.
• We acknowledge your efforts and accomplishments in the class with a certificate and provide free transit to and from your hotel.

• The person who comes with but doesn’t want to cook pay an extra 500 Baht per person. Includes share of food and transportation.
• All dishes can be either vegetarian, vegan, spicy or non spicy to suite to your own taste.
• There are at least 2 people required to start the cooking class. The class size is limited to maximal 12 persons.
• Children aged between 7-11 years and can choose only 2 dishes.
• The group chooses 4 out of 10 dishes together, individually you can choose type of meat etc.as well as spice level.
