Simply tap the ticket link in “My Bookings” or your confirmation email on your phone or tablet (this is very important) and present it to the ferry staff. They will exchange it for a destination sticker, making it easy for the boat staff to know your destination. It’s straightforward and convenient! Additionally, each ferry offers different seating options, allowing you to choose between sitting inside or outside the boat.
If you are a passenger on the ferry in Koh Lanta, you can usually enjoy complimentary pick-up from your hotel and free minivan transfers to your destination, such as Phuket Bus Station, Kata Beach, Karon Beach, or Patong Beach. Please confirm your destination at the counter.
Passenger ferries operate daily during the high season, with two departures at 8:00 a.m. (all year) and 1:00 p.m. (Nov. 16 – Apr. 30). During the green season (May 1 – Nov. 15), there is only one departure at 8:00 a.m.
