Historical Salalah City tour: fantastic experience and amazing guide! - This half-day excursion in Salalah was both enjoyable and serene, packed with fascinating insights! Our guide, the incredibly entertaining and knowledgeable Ali Quahoor, took us to the stunning Sultan Qaboos Mosque first. After that, we explored the mountains and visited Job’s tomb, surrounded by breathtaking and tranquil scenery. Next, we indulged in a traditional Omani lunch at a quaint market where we had the chance to purchase authentic Frankincense, all while soaking in the beauty of the nearby beaches. It was a truly delightful experience, and our guide was exceptionally helpful, enhancing our adventure even further! Absolutely loved it! 🙏🏻

Salalah City Tour with Abo Salim - Wonderful trip. Abo Salim was an excellent guide, very knowledgable and most pleasant company. He was very flexible and tailored our itinerary to suit us, on his advice. Highlights for us were the fish souk, where we bought the most wonderful lobster, freshly cooked, which Abo Salim arranged for us to eat at a small restaurant later in the afternoon when we were on the desert safari; buying fresh coconut to drink at a stall. We really loved the trip and highly recommend it.

Salalah Stadttour - The Salalah city tour was quite interesting and educational. Dr. Salim is a very friendly and entertaining guide who has conveyed historical and religious information in a very good English. The organization of the pickup, etc. worked smoothly.

Mixed feelings - Our guide knew many of the local places of interest, but I'd have liked more information about them. Instead, he wanted to talk to us about inappropriate topics such as politics, religion, prostitution and sexuality. To his credit, he chose a good local restaurant for dinner and he knew the Salalah region very well without needing GPS.

Waste of money - It isn't worth the money at all. Take a taxi and go to the places that you wish to see. It would be much better. To be honest, there's nothing to see anyway.Except maybe for the museum, the guide escaped a couple of the stops, which I have no idea why.
