Wonderful. Very informational and intelligent

The sweet girl who led the walk was soft spoken and needed a much louder speaker to use to talk. Plus the crowd size was way too many people and it was very hard to follow her through the thousands of people in town for the event. Recommend she puts a tall flag on her body somehow.

Very nice tour guide but she had no microphone so was hard to hear at times. Tour was 1.5 hours but we ended 25 minutes short of that.

Guide was very quiet. Hard to hear. She did not identify herself as the guide until the moment we left. We thought there was a no show. She also wasn't very considerate to one of the guests that had an electric cart.

For a tour that was supposed to be 90 minutes, it turned out to be only 50 minutes. The tour guide, Judith, talked at such a low level that if you stood right next to her, you were the only ones to hear. Most of the group had no idea what any of the stories are. She also faced the stop and did not face the group to talk which made it harder to hear. Some of our party asked questions and she could not answer any of them. She could only answer what was on her sheet. I asked a question to repeat something and she just walked away. We arrived early for check in and saw nobody. We saw someone in their car and then Judith came out of her car 5 minutes before the tour started. Everyone was walking around lost since nobody was outside to great us like the email said. I thought a national company would be more reputable, but don’t feel I would use this company again.
