The Witch Trials Memorial is suitable for all ages and is surrounded on three sides by a handcrafted granite wall. The stone threshold at the entrance of the Memorial is inscribed with the victims’ declarations of innocence. Benches within the Memorial bear the names and execution dates of each of the 20 victims.

Salem Old Town Hall - Salem’s Old Town Hall, a Federal-style building constructed in 1816, is the namesake of the Old Town Hall National Historic District. No longer used for municipal operations, it now serves as a cultural and rental facility for the Salem, MA community. This beautiful two-story brick building, located in the historic heart of downtown Salem, features Palladian windows, carved wood details, antique chandeliers, decorative columns, and hardwood floors.

Bewitched Statue of Elizabeth Montgomery - This six-foot-tall bronze statue depicts Samantha Stephens, the character Elizabeth Montgomery played in the 1960s sitcom “Bewitched,” sitting sidesaddle on a broom next to a crescent moon. Several episodes of the show were filmed in Salem in 1970, a fact that the city proudly embraces. This iconic spot is perfect for photos.

Witch House - The Witch House was the home of Jonathan Corwin (1640-1718), uncle of High Sheriff George Corwin, and is the only remaining building with direct ties to the Salem Witch Trials. Jonathan Corwin served on the court of Oyer and Terminer that convicted the accused witches. Roger Williams also lived in the house before founding Providence Plantation (Rhode Island). The house was moved 11 meters from its original location to accommodate road widening in the 1940s.
