Kate was wonderful, knowledgeable, funny. I've done the tour before and always learn something new.

I wish the guide was less of a skeptic. It kinda ruined the whole thing about ghost and making it fun when she was constantly explaining why it could t have been true.

The tour guide although very nice did not do a great job. She didn't hold her stick up high so many times, we couldn't find her. She said she wasn't able to use her microphone at the 8pm showing, although we heard many other guides using them. We could not hear her at all. Also, this tour was a complete repeat of the Witches Tour we took at 6pm. The description was very misleading. We were very disappointed.

Our guide ,Martin, I think, completely ruined the tour. He let us know from the get to that he was a skeptic, along the way he would tell us his opinion on why he believes none of it was real. Example: people have seen orbs in their photos. Clean your camera and you won't see orbs. At the end he lectured about black lives matter and how we need to love and except everyone and that's how we would have avoided the witch trials. We couldn't wait to be done. We came to Salem for the history, the haunts and the culture. He ruined the historical houses for us by telling us he doesn't even think there is anything original left on or inside the houses. He wasted our time and money.
