Hello... - Hello We had gone to Salem for a walking tour in relation to witch trials. We drove as directed by viator in an email to 9 Brown street. When we arrived there was no guide to be seen. We then found out by googling that there was one more street in Salem which was also called 9 Brown street. We therefore hurried to drive there. When we got there we couldn't see any guide here either! That's why we gave up...unfortunately..we didn't join the hike We simply thought that Viator's information was not good enough for us to find the place where we were supposed to meet the guide. We are very sorry about this as we had been really looking forward to it and we come all the way from Danmark

Guide was a NO SHOW - The guide messaged me 2 hours before the tour telling me we were the only ones booked on the tour and asking if we wanted to change our day and time…we were already on our way down there so by the time I got the email it was 5:30 and we were AT the meeting spot. I emailed her back saying we were already there and got no reply….we waited until 6:15 but our guide never showed. Still waiting on a refund. What a waste of time…cost of uber…loss of money….

Awful. The guide was a no-show so I got no experience that I paid for. - This is a scam. No one showed up to lead the tour and there was zero information about any alternative location or details given. I tried calling and I just got an automated robocall. I need a refund.

Very upsetting - The witch house was closed! We walked there ourselves. The tour description was deceiving. We saw others at a tour before us complaining about how the house was closed. We tried to cancel and wouldn’t reimburse.they wanted to give us a different day, we are from Long Island!! Our daughter’s sweet 16 trip!! Disappointing
