Really fascinating - Getting to know the history behind Salem and what they did to torture people in those days. The tickets were worth purchasing the wait time was reasonable.

Fantastic! - Our guide was magnificent. Entertaining and informative. She was really top notch. She was enthusiastic and encouraged and answered all questions. Even silly questions from my 6 year old daughter who wanted to be up front near our guide the whole time.

So much fun! - John was a great tour guide. He gave us a lot of information. It was very interesting to hear the history about the witch trials. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

John was amazing - John was so nice and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed having him. He knows how to draw in the crowd and make funny jokes when necessary. He truly felt like a friend, not a tour guide. We would do this a million times over!

Very informative - When the guy in our group received a message on his phone from Bridgette, right after the light went on above his head and we were talking about Bridgette Bishop.

College gal passionate - The young college girl tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the story of the Salem story. We only had a few people in our group, so she answered all of our questions and was very attentive to the needs of one that was in a wheelchair and took consideration of her safety

Witch trial - Very disappointed in the tour. We ended up leaving it. It was the same as we did earlier in the day just backwards. The girl that lead it kept talking about her associate degree in theater.(That’s great she has gotten a degree) but, Big deal “I have a masters in education.” We could not go up close to any of the buildings or go inside of them as they were on private property. Did not touch on very much of the witch trails. We were not the only ones that left the tour. There was a couple of ladies that left the same time we did as they were disappointed as well. We got very little pictures for the time we were there due to that we did not get up close to a lot of the buildings. My husband and I would have done better just taking a tour by ourselves and booking the walk through of the buildings and paying the extra money. Thought, we would at least get up close.

Really terrible experience - The tour guide was clearly unprepared. She wasn’t wearing a jacket and was freezing on the tour. She was more concerned with sheltering herself from the wind than from taking us to actual locations. She frequently had to check her binder for information, dates, names, etc. When asked question she was unable to answer most.

Thumbs down - We were very disappointed in this tour. Our guide was like a middle school history teacher. There was nothing fun or interesting about anything she said. We ended up leaving before the tour was even over.

Revoked admission - The tour wasn't as expected. According to the itinerary we had free admission to the sites but at our first stop to the witch house I was very disappointed to learn that we couldn't go inside. I booked this tour primarily for the admission to the house. We came all way from NY and waited from 1030am for this tour only to be disappointed. Additionally, Judy the tour guide was very sweet but very hard to hear! Please provide her a microphone!
