- Valle del Cocora - Upon arriving at the enchanting Cocora Valley, we will begin our journey on foot from the urban area, visiting the Hand of the Acaime Chieftain. We will gradually leave the crowds behind as we head towards the Hope Farm, where we will start our ascent on a private road to reach the Condor’s Peak, the highest point in the Cocora Valley.
- Valle del Cocora - After a challenging trek through Cocora’s private mountains, we will arrive at a unique spot exclusive to Cocoratours: the traditional farms. Here, we can rest and take in the breathtaking 360-degree views of Cocora. After a refreshing snack of panela water with cheese, we will follow the route near the bulls, descend to the river basin, cross the Planchón, and return to Cocora, concluding our journey with another jeep ride back.

Great walk! - Amazing walk! Cocorotours pick-up and drive to start of climb. Sarah, our translator, walked with us and provided the commentary as Julio, our guide gave us interesting info on the flora and fauna on the walk up to Condor viewpoint. The walk itself, gave us a workout, given the altitude and distance walked uphill, but the encouragement given made it a pleasant experience. And the views were spectacular! Didn’t manage to see the Condor but several vultures!
