An interesting fact about Furore is the way the upper village is often described as “the town that doesn’t exist,” due to the absence of a traditional inhabited area, with houses appearing like colorful spots on the rocky cliffs. • Amalfi - Amalfi, the oldest of the Maritime Republics, lends its name to the coastal stretch from Vietri sul Mare to Positano, and is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Arriving around 11am, visitors can enjoy a 2-hour stop to explore the town’s most iconic monument, the Duomo. With its Arabesque-style façade and central location, the Duomo serves as a key point for uncovering the city’s history.
• Marmorata - A coastal hamlet of Ravello, situated between Minori and Atrani, Marmorata overlooks the sea and is enveloped by vibrant lemon groves, vineyards, and Mediterranean scrub. Experience the stunning water features and take a plunge into the azure sea!
• Grotta Pandora - Celebrated among the natural wonders of the Amalfi Coast for its pristine and untouched nature, Grotta Pandora is a stunning natural cavern located just minutes by boat from Maiori. Access to the cave is exclusively by sea and is completely free. The Pandora Cave is renowned for the blue/emerald shades of the sea that surrounds it and is adorned with exquisite stalactites and stalagmites hanging from its grand expanse.
• Spiaggia Cavallo Morto - Nestled in the steep cliffs overlooking the sea in the Maiori area, also known as Bellavaia, this bay is often regarded as the most beautiful beach on the Amalfi Coast. The charming little beach, composed of white sand, is a small oasis, with the sea transitioning from crystal-clear blue to deep blue, and the sun’s reflections enhancing the crevices at sunset. Due to its clean waters, light play, and lack of crowds, it is highly favored by snorkelers. Dive into its waters too!
