Founded in the 13th century by Ela, Countess of Salisbury, Lacock Abbey was initially an Augustinian nunnery before being converted into a Tudor residence after the Dissolution. It’s famously associated with William Henry Fox Talbot, who took the first photographic negative here in 1835. The abbey’s picturesque cloisters have also been featured in the “Harry Potter” films.

Lacock Village is a beautifully preserved medieval settlement with charming timber-framed cottages, a 14th-century Tithe Barn, and St. Cyriac’s Church. • Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
