Humahuaca Excursion - We went on the Humahuaca and Beyond excursion, we loved all the scenery and food, the experience with the travel agency was excellent. The tour guide Andrés is very cool. A recommendation, the time in Humahuaca would be good if it were 30 minutes longer, it is little time to visit so many places

Beautiful places visited - We traveled in a comfortable minibus. The driver/guide handled it very well. The only thing I would change is that they would have to go with a guide because it is difficult to handle and explain. Despite that, he did very well!!

Beautiful scenery, nice guide, too long - Humahuaca, Purmamarca and Tilcara are all very beautiful towns and worth a visit. The landscape along the route was beautiful. Our guide Leo was friendly and funny. The tour was supposed to be an English tour but was mostly Spanish speakers, so about 80% of the communication was Spanish. The only real issue I had was the day was way too long. I was told 11 - 12 hours, but our tour from pick-up to drop-off was over 14 hours, with one meal. The primary reason was several members who consistently didn't move with the tour or come back on time and we all sat around and waited for them for hours. If the tour was a little shorter 10 - 11 hours, it would have been 5 stars.

Beautiful scenery - Gorgeous scenery, and our guide Leo was lots of fun. So the trip was fine. But the company missed an opportunity to have a guide that can discuss the history of the area. There was so much time on the bus and it could have been used to give us more information about where we were and what we were seeing. My guide on a different trip was full of fantastic info and we learned so much. The lunch spot was terrible: I recommend going off on your own to a nearby place.

VERY long day but well worth it - Although this is a VERY long day , it was good. The guide went out of his way to keep us informed and engaged, and was very helpful at each destination. Eg when in Pumacara we just wanted coffee and a stroll and he was very accommodating re informing us of when the bus was due to leave etc. And the sites are fabulous. I hadn’t realised we would TFr to a 4x4 for the drive up to Hornocal, which was amazing. The driver was great, and the views …… wow! A long but very good day. 4 days later, when sat in Salta having a drink, our guide spotted us and introduced us to his wife. A really good friendly service.

The color of the hills is a pleasure for the view that arouses emotions - Beautiful and imposing landscapes of our NOA, an excursion through the typical colorful landscapes of Jujuy. We also went to Hornocal by van from Humahuaca. I had a bitter taste for the lack of explanation from the guide, Leo, as he told us very little about the landscape and history of the region. We came from previous excursions with Guides Arthur, Victor, Benicio and Lorraine who told us everything from geology to the history of the place and also the ancestral inhabitants of the lands, and I expected something similar on this excursion. The guide spoke little and nothing during the trip. Luckily we had the opportunity to go back down that route when we went to Salinas and Lorena told us everything we lacked. We did not stop in Huacalera or Tumbaya as the tour offered Nevertheless it is one of the most beautiful excursions to Jujuy due to the beauty of the landscape

Too short at points - Too short to stay in the towns, only 20-30min , mainly for the shopping and optional, almost no time to walk around the towns.

Much improvement - Good excursion only that the paradores can be very improved It's a shame that it doesn't have an espresso machine and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There is no paper in the bathrooms either.

To avoid - Overall the journey was very very long, sometimes endless, especially at the end of the trip. We make a first stop, then a second stop, etc., at a place where there are still gifts, souvenirs....The guide asked us for 20k Argentinian money for each person to be able to see the color montage in a 4X4. Then going towards the mount, we came across many other excursions that go up to the viewpoint, we wonder why our bus doesn't do the same thing?. Above all, 3.5 hours of driving for 15 minutes of walking, I think it was ridiculous. Then, again and again commercial visits and commercial activities... What I felt from this visit is that the guide was a little insistent on the commercial side, in each place you have to take out tunes,... It really broke the charm of the visit. I do not recommend this excursion, it should be completely avoided. Compared to an excursion the next day to Cafayate, it was 10 times better, the guide was excellent and the trip was much more reasonable without having to spend 20k more.
