• Salta - The journey begins in the city of Salta, departing via the central access and taking the RN 9. The route continues into the municipality of General Güemes via the RN 34. The adventure then leads into the province of Jujuy, offering a glimpse of the Quebrada de Humahuaca, with charming towns like Yala, Volcán (technical stop), and Purmamarca, where the stunning Cerro de los 7 Colores awaits.

• Tumbaya - A brief technical stop is made here for passengers to use the restroom or purchase snacks.

• Purmamarca - The first stop in the village of Purmamarca allows for a panoramic photo opportunity of the route, with the morning sun dramatically altering the colors. This stop lasts approximately 20 minutes.

• Cuesta de Lipan - The journey continues to the breathtaking Lipan Hill, reaching an altitude of 4,170 meters above sea level, showcasing its remarkable flora and fauna. This winding high mountain road is majestic, with its green and brown hues revealing the stunning landscapes of the puna.

• Salinas Grandes - Arrival at the third-largest salt flat in Latin America offers 45 minutes to 1 hour of free time to explore the salt pools, sculptures, salt restaurant, and capture incredible photos in this vast salt flat in northern Argentina. (Local entry fee is approximately $4000 Argentine pesos.)

• The Hill of Seven Colors - Returning to Purmamarca, there are 2 hours of free time to explore the charming village and enjoy lunch. The impressive hill of 7 colors is nestled in the heart of the village, with its narrow cobbled streets and adobe and mud houses.

• Salta - The return to the city of Salta is through the final stretch of the Quebrada de Humahuaca and its scenic landscapes. Technical stops are available along the way for restroom breaks or to purchase food and drinks.
