The fortress is located in the old town (pedestrian area). Go to the funicular station (Festungsgasse 4) & present your voucher there to get a free ride from 30 min. before dinner start. By car use the car park at Hildmannplatz 1, Entry (Einfahrt)B, follow the sign Festung/Dom, walking time 10 min.

Great time! - The dinner was amazing. So tasty! The concert was fabulous! We lived being up in the castle and taking the funicular! It was lovely evening!

Great experience - For Christmas, go alone, and at 17:00 go straight to the restaurant by using the QR code to get the cable car ticket. The dining environment is very quiet and the eco-service is good, not because the Asian people and alone do not care about you. After eating, also follow the indications to find the concert hall showcase will lead you to the seat, beside there is also a drinking drink, the concert is good.

Loved doing this in the Fortress! - I thought this was such a unique experience when I found it that I had to book it, and it didn't disappoint! We arrived and were seated right away. The dinner was good - bread with butter, turkey, potatoes, gravy, tomato garnish. Dessert was a berry chocolate mousse type dish. The level we purchased did not include drinks (not even water) but they were reasonable. From there we walked to the separate concert venue and were seated in the second row on the far side from the entrance door. It was a lovely concert in a very warm setting. It was a wonderful, festive evening.

Worthwhile experience - Everything about this event was wonderful and relaxing. The dinner was well made and delicious. The servers were full of humor and made us laugh. The concert was professional and the music lovely. I particularly liked listening to the harp but my husband was mesmerized by the other instruments. It was easy and enjoyable to ride up the funicular. The scenery from the top of the fortress stunning. It made for breathtaking photos. We would definitely recommend this event.

Recommended - The food was good and sufficient, the concert absolutely worth listening to! Great ambience at food and concert. With the ascent and descent in the inclined elevator a highly recommended evening!

Waste of Money - Food was not good and the service was very slow. It took forever to get our food and when it was brought out, finally, it did not taste good. There were too many guests per serving crew and the service was way too slow.
