Favorite thing we did on our visit to Salzburg! - One of the highlights of our trip to Salzburg was the Mozart Dinner Concert at St. Peter Stiftskulinarium, the oldest restaurant in Europe (built in 803 AD). The evening was magical, blending history, exceptional food, and stunning music. The courses were interspersed with live performances of Mozart’s masterpieces, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the price was surprisingly reasonable for such a unique experience. If you’re in Salzburg, this is a must-do for music and history lovers alike!

high quality experience - Good entertainment for the family. Can be tenuous with children but we put some work in ahead of time and during the performances/discussed Mozart and had our 14 year old follow along in the program in both italian and english. The food was good (we had high expectations and it was fitting for a nice restaurant). The star of the show is the opera singer (from Brazil, trianed in the US and Europe) who is also a professor at the Mozart music univerisity in Salzberg (with impressive resume). Of course the female singer was also very good! She was from Salzberg. My favorite part: Kids these days may have little opportunity to be exposed to high quality music like this, how fortunate to experience it in such a genuine setting, by performers who clearly love what they do.

A Salzburg highlight - This was truly a great experience - even the kids (9 & 11yo) loved it. The performers really went out of their way to give everyone a memorable and humorous Mozart experience. Bravo.

A Delightful Dinner Experience - A perfect way to experience Salzburg and its' music history. The musicians were excellent as were the opera singers. Food was delightful. The room magical and, considering this is one of the oldest continual restaurants in the world (803), just amazing. I wish to highlight the service of Frau Petra Toscany, who was truly wonderful in helping me reschedule our visit.

Jaw dropping experience - The Mozart Dinner Concert in Salzburg was amazing. The facility is so beautiful and the staff we wonderful and professional. The orchestra and opera singers were a delight and amazing. The dinner was delicious. Just one slight drawback...I didn't get my last drink from my waiter. I understand it tends to get busy, but plenty of time for the last one. I mentioned it when I finally saw him, at the end presenting the drinks bill. He was going to give to me, but it was late and alittle too late.

Great experience not to be missed. - This is an event well worth the time and cost that I highly recommend. The music and operatic singing is exceptional. The singers were very engaging and entertaining. The 3 course meal was very good but not the highlight. The best part of the meal was the Austrian corn-fed chicken. The facility is beautiful with great ambiance. The serving staff were friendly and efficient but don’t expect to be treated like a fine dining restaurant. They are serving a lot of people in a short period. Regarding the timeline: the doors were supposed to close at 7:15pm but our table-mates were seated at about 7:25. I still encourage early arrival to relax and soak up the beauty of the hall. The wine list is extensive and there is a large coat closet. We were there in December and it was so nice to be able to leave our coats there. Staff is well trained and overall the experience was great entertainment for an evening.

Disappointing - The food was not very good, way too long between courses, and performers were average. Not nearly as good as I remember from when I was here many years ago.
