After an exhilarating cable car ride, enjoy a 20-minute walk to one of the Alps’ most spectacular viewing platforms, extending like a hand over a 400-meter drop. The 5 platforms, each uniquely designed, offer thrilling views over Hallstatt, Hallstättersee lake, and the inner Salzkammergut region. One platform is entirely glass, and another provides a personal view of the Hallstatt World Heritage site through a large Baroque picture frame. The ‘5fingers’ are illuminated until midnight, visible from afar even at night.

On the way to the 5fingers, informative boards provide insights into the fauna, flora, and geology of Dachstein Krippenstein.
