Excellent walking tour with knowledgeable guide - We thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour. The tour guide, Islom, was very professional and knowledgeable- he met us promptly at the meeting point, gave us a thorough overview of the city and history at the beginning and as we went through the various sites. He gave us information at the end of the tour on other sites we could visit the following day, and was also proactive in pointing out good photo points too! The tour took about 5 hours, including a short lunch break, and was a very effective and efficient way to see the main sights of this beautiful city.

Samarkand in one day! - We had a very nice time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took us around for almost the entire day. We had a bit of hiccup at the beginning as our guide didn’t have our phone number so we spend 15 min trying to reach him and the tour organizer out, but eventually all good. Samarkand is very nice, easy to reach from Tashkent so we founded more convenient to get a tour guide directly there rather than having the all tour organized from Tashkent. we had a great time, definitely a city to visit.
