During this excursion, we’ll have the opportunity to explore an organic coffee plantation and gain firsthand knowledge of the entire coffee cultivation process. This immersive experience covers everything from planting the seeds to the final stages of coffee production. Our hosts, Luis Alejandro or his sons, are the proprietors of Finca La Cabaña. They will share with us, both proudly and modestly, the fruits of their labor and the legacy of their grandparents, who started cultivating coffee on this land over half a century ago. To conclude our visit, the family will graciously offer us a tasting of their exquisite specialty coffee, engaging all of our senses.
