The Call of the Magdalena

As a former professional athlete, I’ve chased adrenaline across the globe, from the peaks of the Himalayas to the depths of the Pacific. But the call of the Magdalena River in San Agustín was one I couldn’t ignore. Known for its breathtaking beauty and thrilling rapids, this river promised an adventure that would rival any I’ve experienced before.

Upon arriving in San Agustín, the vibrant energy of the place was palpable. The town, nestled amidst lush mountains, felt like a gateway to the wild.
