Beautiful place to meet - A good plan, I think it is good to have more information about the provider, but in general everything went well, very important to wear the right shoes, mask and implements to enjoy everything that can be done

Mandatory tour of anyone to San Andres - It was an unforgettable tour I made with my family on 10/01/25. We bought this tour here for Trip. On the combined day 09/01/25, it was raining a lot and the tour was moved to another day 11/01/25 without any problem. Well received, boat with pilot and sailor assistance, life-saving vests for all passengers, good boat, powerful engine. The Marina from which we departed in San Andres Isla, has a reasonable structure. Primeira parada Ilha de Johnny Cay. Fantastic place!! It is an island adjacent to San Andres. Sea with the 7 shades of blue, white sand and soft, has Kiosks structure, with drinks, water and food and nautical activities like the banana boat. I recommend you go early as the tourism exploration is very intense. We were taken care of by native Roger. We had a nice lunch and I had a very good Cuba Libre! We stayed on this island for about 3 hours and then we departed for Mnaglares (we passed without a stop and would dispense this passage) and then we stopped at Aquarium. Here I leave a tip: the place is beautiful, but does not have maximum entry control of tourists and is crowded. It has no structure for the amount of tourists that arrive there daily. I recommend going and staying on an island next door, crossing the sea itself, as it is shallow, or the “bridge of the drunken”, a very fun crossing. As for the natural pools, coral and all marine life and fauna is surprising. The fish swim around you. We came to Sharks!!!! Only disappointment: has no care of nature. Tourists use the corals as a crossing between Aquarius and Ilhota. No one cares about the maintenance and care of that local biodiversity. There is no restriction, care, supervision of anything.... But anyway, it's worth the walk. Whoever is to San Andres, need to make this tour, starting 9hrs am and return 4/5 hrs pm.

It's worth it. - The aquarium is great! It is important to carry water shoes, many stones and corals, it is also worth taking diving glasses. The prices for buying diving glasses, waterproof capita for mobile, and locker were well suited, there they rent water shoes if you don't buy them. I didn't buy much else there besides. The day I went there was a lot of people, but still it was nice both in the aquarium and on the island nearby.
Jhony Cay is very good too. Clean water, quiet sea with only light waves. It is important to carry water shoes because it has pedrinhas and corals. Prices, especially for beverages, may be slightly above normal (Tip: ask if the price is right, anything say it was another time before and the price was not that). Also, when I went there was a lot of people, but until that I was well balanced.

Fantastic - Fantastic tour! Truly a paradise! The guides were super friendly! It's just a pity I chose the English option but everything was in Spanish!

I didn't like it. - The food is unappetizing and expensive plus the somewhat ugly place I only went by because it didn't cause me to be there anymore it's just interesting because of the color of the sea

“Taxi Botes” - The Tour is typical of any other agency.
The same uncomfortable, fast boats that hurt your back so much that you jump.
The elderly will get on and off the boats, on the shore of the beach and uncomfortable mules.
The mangrove tour is not done, it is just a sighting towards them.
The motorboats damage the mangroves, so the only way to travel is by kayak.
They drop you off at each island they mention and tell you what time they are going to pick you up, rather they work like “Taxi Boats”.

Scam - Total scam!!! I paid for à 7 hoirs tours with four stops, i even ask the day before if everything was OK what have been confirmed and on the day, the local operztor was waiting for i dont know which confirmation and suddenly nobody replied by whatsapp and instead of 4 stops i have just been brought to one island for 4hours and brought back...the other were apparently closed but the seller did not tell me and did not cancel the tour so kept all the money for something i did not do. And no reply to the message à réal shame!!!

Total disappointment - Disappointment. Predatory tourism on the island. They have no limits of people and do not take care of the place. They will destroy everything and end up without tours to this beautiful place. It already happened with White Wata. They don't take care of garbage and gather tourists. Horrible. An experience that makes Brazilians angry to see how they don't take care of the place.

The company did not make the tour or the refund. - We booked the tour through Tripadvisor. At first, they say that the voucher generated by Tripadvisor is not the ticket and ask to send an email to contato@activiturs.com, but the email has returned. We try to contact on the Whatsapp number contained in the information (+573152048833 - Tour San Andrés/Merca Tours Viator). One person responded by contacting another company (VuelaMax Tours y Pasadia). On the appointed day, the islands were closed due to bad weather. We schedule for the next day. However, no one showed up the next day. We sent a message asking what had happened and informed that the islands were still closed. We asked about the possibility of taking a walk in another place, as there were groups leaving the pier, but they did not indicate anyone to look for and gave no solution. When we requested the refund for the company VuelaMax Tours y Pasadia, we were informed that we should contact the company MercaTours. When we requested a refund for MercaTours, we received no response. Conclusion: We did not make the tour and we did not get the refund. I had to challenge the credit card company and Tripadvisor. Tip: head directly to Marina Tonino and hire the tours directly from the companies that operate there. In addition to being cheaper, you have the guarantee that the tour will be carried out.
