I will go again - Great day out on the water. It’s a very good option to enjoy the beauty of the islands. The trip is well organized and everything went smooth.

Wonderful family experience - I went with my family with this company to take the tour to Johnny cay Aquarium they took us to the promised places we did very well the very friendly and attentive guides and I go again to San Andrés I would choose them again to do the tours

Great place to visit - The trip was excellent I really enjoyed it. The water was crystal clear it's just a beautiful day the only problem or issue was a little overcrowded and I feel as though that people don't seem to find the trash barrel lot of trash around but other than that it was beautiful come on people pick up the trash it's not your Island

Things to improve - Very punctual. They said the tour left at 9:00 and left at almost 10:00.
We hardly confirm the tickets, it was my turn to get angry and call the Trips Agency, so that Mrs. Dioseth could recognize the payment we had made.
They sold us the tour in a boat with tent and finally, they took us in a boat without tent, so we had to endure the strong sun.

Not Advised - Booked this tour and paid for it. Had contact with the tour operator a week prior. Couldn't arrange pickup as we couldn't get ahold of the tour operator so made our way down to the meeting point at the Marina. Nobody had heard of the tour operator when we asked around. All the contact numbers for the tour were disconnected when we tried to ring. The website adress fornthe tour is shut down. I basically felt like we had been robbed. Do Not book

Save yourself - I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone.
The worst part was that getting onto the islands was extremely dangerous, there are no docks, you have to jump into the water as the waves are hitting the boat, my friend got knocked across the boat and fell, getting seriously injured.
And to top it off, we set our clothes on the sand and the locker girls stole it and made us pay to get it back.
Also to note, finding where to go was so confusing and difficult, and we had to stand for an hour waiting around to leave.
And the tour was supposed to be in English, but it was in Spanish.
The beaches on San Andres are just as beautiful and less hassle than getting to Johnny Cay.
