White Party 🎊 - Amazing time on this trip was a little hectic getting there but the dancers 💃 🕺 were great and overall I had a great time to get me ready to go to the clubs later.

Best party on San Andres Island - It was the best party I had this holiday the delicious food the liquor although a little limited in types of drinks the attention of the managers compensation is one of the best experiences in San Andrés Islas

We had an elegant time - We left in the night for the white night indicated that it was not mandatory to go white but it is better to go white or if you will not highlight enough lol, the food was very good the attention the liquors if they are limited but that does not detract from the service

Scammers - We had a reservation for 4 people, my husband had a surprise that cost him $1,193,788 for the Trip Advisor page and we arrived at the dock tell us that they do not exist, that Activiturs have nothing contracted. Nobody answered us again on the phone, or whatsapp. For this reason, people no longer believe in our country, because there are people like you who scam and hurt Colombia’s image.
Nobody gives us an answer and we need our money back.

Viator sucks - This experience was fine but Viator dropped the ball on the next tour which was today. Now they tell me they have to investigate it. I was there with my entire family and the tour operator did not show what an embarrassment.

Oversold and without solution - Rubbish oversold the tour and we couldn't sit down, I wanted us to wait for everyone to eat and then sit down, a horror. Ahhh plus they didn't want to give the money back

Awful responsible professionalism - Terrible initial attention, they sold more seats than seats throughout the boat and called to enter "first come, first served" at 7:00pm but it was not true because my family and I arrived at 6:10pm, we were among the first and never called. When we finally managed to get in clearly there were no seats available and we were forced to share a seat with other families who had free chairs. Of course, that is an injustice considering that our reservation was made three days earlier. When reporting our inconvenience to the staff they treated us very badly, they did not seek a feasible solution for everyone as they only thought about taking us off the ship so as not to form a possible fuss and on top of that, when we left before sailing, they did not want to refund our lost money for such irresponsibility of overselling quotas. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Disgusting professionalism - They oversold the tickets and then they wanted to sit us apart, one for each table, and in the end the option they gave was that after everyone ate they prepared a table for us. Total lack of professionalism.🤮
