FRED WAS AMAZING! - This tour was amazing! Surprised my bestie with this tour for her bday and we couldn't have been happier. Fred was amazing. Had us engaged the whole time. Very knowledgeable and FUNNY! He made sure our small group was still together and even helped us with directions back to our car after the tour. Will definitely do this again and hope we get Fred again! Thank you Fred! 😊

Had a blast at the pub crawl and Haunted tour with our guide, Fred. - We had a great time. The tour was very informative. Our house Fred was funny and kinda out there. He was perfect for a haunted tour. He gave us info that went beyond the tour. The bars we visited were wonderful. The only downfall I can think of is that the tour did not include the haunted bar at the St Anthony hotel. That was a little bit of a let down considering the drinks are named after the haunts in San Antonio and we don’t get to go there as part of the tour. Fred gave us ample time to be at each bar to get drinks and take bathroom breaks. He answered all our questions. Fred knew his city of San Antonio. We will definitely recommend this to anyone who loves haunts and booze. Favorite bar was Devil River Whiskey distillery. We had 4 other people on the tour with us that were a bit irritating. They apparently were bored and were on their phones the entire time while Fred was trying to give us info. They ended up leaving the tour before we got to the last bar. We were all happy they had left. Rude patrons make it hard for everyone to enjoy the tour. But after they left everyone was much happier. Great job Boos and Booze tours. Loved it

Story Telling Done Like An Art! - Any Great Ghost tour no matter the city or location hinges 20% on a great story and 80% on a Great Story Teller. A Great Story Teller will make anything and everything sound interesting and enchanting. On our particular tour we were fortunate to have Misael as our Story Teller. He was wonderful with details and drew us into the stories with intrigue and a little bone-chilling curiosity. A cocktail at each stop (And fantastic locations with great drinks I should add) only adds to the "willingness" to let your mind wonder into each story! We all had a wonderful time and got to see parts of San Antonio and back of house locations we would have never had such an opportunity to do without Misael as our guide. This is a must do for us going forward in San Antonio!

Beer, Ghost and Fred! - Fred was an amazing storyteller! He was very patient with our group. He played the harmonica which added a cool effect! He made sure everyone was taken care of and interacted with the group outside of the storytelling time! The bars were very nice and I’m sure pretty creepy when everyone is gone. Would definitely go again!

Spooky can be fun - Great experience! Fred's story telling was great! He played his harmonica outside of Bar 414, which was a cool added touch to the story. The group was great and the Maverick was a very cool place to visit. Would recommend !

NOT SCARY - We were a little disappointed that it wasn't scary at all. Our guide was great, and the history was very interesting. It would be more fun if we actually got to go into and explore the buildings and hotel rooms where the ghostly activity actually takes place instead of just being shown and told the history. We wanted to be scared and maybe experience something, but that didn't happen at all.

Good vibes, not stories - We took this tour our first night in town to see some different places, learn some spooky history, and get a feel for downtown. The bars we went to were all very cool and different from what we may have visited on our own. We had a great time visiting with the people in our group and our tour guide. However, as sweet as our tour guide was, her presentation definitely needs some practice. She was new, and it was obvious. Hopefully, she will rehearse a bit for the future.

It was something different - My watermelon mule drink from Maverick Whiskey and from Pat O'Brien's were great!! The tour guide was nice but the stories/history was a little scattered and rushed so it was a bit difficult to follow through. I was disappointed that we did not get a commemorative cup or cooler that was supposed to be included.
