The tour guide was 40 minutes late. It should have been canceled and refunded there but we moved on. First pub... we get a % of a drink the bartender has never heard of and has no idea how to make. 15 minutes of confusion a member buys every one a beer. Second Pub Closed. Third Pub Bar was closed but we got to talk about the basement. Fourth Pub they were closing and kicked us out as soon as we walked in. We were initially offered a 15% discount on a tour the following day. Finding that unacceptable we pressed for a full refund. Instead of just refunding the entire group we were required to call in and get a refund. I had called and left a message but not issued a Refund. Overall the only redeeming part of the entire night was seeing how awful the tour could get and it did not fail. (checked my statement and it has been a week and no refund)

Extremely unprofessional. Host was very late, which started things on a bad foot. The headset he was using projected very poorly, which made it hard to hear their facts & stories. Bar after Bar, they were closing and unhappy to see us, or didn’t seem to know or care about our wrist bands. Felt like being in bad sitcom episode. I will always remember this crawl; for how bad it was.

Most bars closing or closed, the nerve to offer a 15% discount to return instead of a refund.

The guide was an hour late. All the pubs were closing. It was an extreme fumble on Halloween. Need refunds.

I had high expectations for this tour, but it ended up being a big letdown. The guide was a huge disappointment. He didn’t try to engage the group or make things interesting, and honestly, it felt like he didn’t want to be there. The stops were poorly chosen. First, we went to a soda fountain that was empty and dull, and then to a hotel lobby—nothing exciting at all. One decent stop: The third place was a nice hotel, but by that point, the guide had already lost us. We decided to leave after that because the whole thing wasn’t worth sticking around for. I could’ve visited better pubs on my own without paying $30 per person. Honestly, this was a waste of time and money. If refunds are possible, I’d like to request one.
