The Ala-most fun family friendly ghost tour! - Jimmy Ray was our guide and he was so kind and knowledgeable and we loved to hear about his ghost stories! He had the hook up with the rangers at the Alamo who were able to give us even more scary stories! He also made it fun for my son by making it interactive for him! We had a great time and loved hearing about the history of the city and how it became haunted!

Great experience - The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of San Antonio. He was very informative about spirits and old legends and tales. He loved what he was talking about. He was very friendly and knew many people we came into contact with in passing. He even spent time taking us inside somewhere where my little one could use the restroom. I would definitely do a tour with them again.

Best Ghost Tour Experience Ever!!!! - Our Ghosts tour was AWESOME 🤩!! Jimmy Ray was our tour guide and he was amazing. He has excellent knowledge of ghosts, the Alamo and the city of San Antonio history. No stone was left unturned and the creepy stories he told having to do with the ghosts all around San Antonio. We will be visiting Jimmy again next time we go to San Antonio we could give him more than five stars we would.

Ghost City Tours almost ruined the last day of our stay in San Antonio - We booked our ghost tour in advance of our trip to San Antonio. At 7:20 pm, I received a voicemail that the tour which started at 8 pm was cancelled because only two people (my friend and I) registered. They did not offer any solutions. I offered to purchase another ticket when they told me they would have had the tour if three people registered for the tour. They said no. It was so disappointing. And to make matters worse, they told me that I have to call Trip Advisor to process the refund. They stated they were not responsible for the refund. I quickly called another Ghost Tour Company, The Sisters Grimm Ghost Bus Tour, and they accommodated my friend and I. This ghost tour was enjoyable, shared historical information, and had excellent customer service.
