Amazing Murals and Wines. And do not forget about the Chocolate. - Our guide Nacho was amazing. He kept the tour amusing and informative. He was very knowledgeable regarding the art and the artistes. If you interest in murals we highly recommend the tour. The art was amazing and we considered the murals, in our opinion, more creative than the murals in the Bellavista Neighbohood, Santiago. (I am sure others will disagree or say that you can not compare.) Being about to taste Chilean wine at the winery was wonderful and fun. Great wines. Be sure to go inside and taste the chocolates. The chocolates were amazing and the cost was about half if there were purchased in the US.

Viator BULLSEYE again! - Prompt and punctual! Efficient and organized! The complete package! We were concerned about the logistics of getting off the ship and meeting the bus...No need for such!!!

Perfect transition from cruise to airport - Perfect transition from the cruise port in San Antonio to the airport in Santiago! We were able to see a little bit of Valparaiso, and had a nice wine tasting at an organic winery. We were dropped off on time for our flight with our luggage, and managed to get some last minute sight seeing in! Highly recommend.

A unique and fascinating city. - Valparaiso is a unique and fascinating city. Well worth visiting. The advertisement for this tour should indicate that there are a lot of steep steps up and down. It could be painful and dangerous if you are incapable of walking on uneven surfaces and ascending or descending up to 30-50 stairs at a time.

Fast paced walking tour with humor! - A rating of 5/5 is earned for the performance given by our guide, Nacho. Entertaining and knowledgeable, he paced the tour well, with a leisurely lunch stop with a view, and photos downloaded post tour. Beware of physical limitations walking for long periods including flights of stairs. Nacho and Oscar, the driver, were a team.

Horrible experience - The tour description stated no more than 12 passengers and a personalized tour. We had 28 passengers in a bus. Nothing personalized about it. Furthermore, airport and hotel drop off took almost 3 hours! I am still waiting for the tour operator, Stamps Tours, to respond.

Bait & Switch - The tour was good but this company is very dishonest. The description clearly states on the main page not more than 12 people in a VAN. I emailed them 2 days before the tour to reconfirm our meeting point & was told again to meet them outside the cruise terminal & they would immediately escort us to our VAN for the tour. We were stuffed in a full-size bus with too large a group of 26. The ride from the winery to finally get to our hotel was awful. Everyone on the tour felt angry at how they had been duped into a giant tour with way too many drop-offs. THREE hours, stopping at the airport then SIX hotels before ours. By the time we arrived at our hotel after 7:00 p.m. we were angry & exhausted.
