• Chocolaterie - This activity offers a sensory and educational journey, exploring the sustainable chocolate production supported by La Chocolaterie Chocolats in various countries worldwide, culminating in a tasting of origin chocolates. The journey begins with an exploration of varietals from Peru, Madagascar, and Ecuador, highlighting the unique aromas and flavors each region offers.

This sensory experience encourages participants to perceive and appreciate the diverse organoleptic sensations each type of chocolate evokes. Throughout the journey, participants will pause to deeply inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth, allowing the chocolate to melt and reach body temperature, thereby intensifying its flavor profile.

Following this, a chocolate tasting will be conducted where spices play a crucial role. Spices such as cardamom and pepper will be used to awaken the taste buds and enhance the chocolate’s flavors. The tasting will feature semi-sweet, milk, and white chocolates, each paired with seven different spices to create a unique palate experience.
