30Moments. Horseback riding tour of the Pasiegos valleys, Cantabria. - Cristina and Valvanuz, from 30Montes stables in Penagos treated my two daughters and me wonderfully. Beautiful views of the Pasiegos and Cabarceno valleys, with Peña Cabarga in the background. As an introduction, they told us about horses and their characteristics, what they like and what they don’t like. They let us choose our horse and then we went to a track to play games with them and get acquainted with them. We went for a walk and had a great time, Cristina and Valvanuz were very aware of us and took great care of us. We feel safe and happy. Come back again, go and enjoy!!!!

Best ride ! - This was one of the best rides I've ever been on. The ride was through a valley, so there was no concern about mountains. The gauchos spoke English, so no worries. The gauchos did a wonderful job matching the riders with the horses. The ride was about two hours, but very leisurely. My husband chose not to ride and enjoyed walking around the ranch. There was a light breakfast before the ride which was delicious. The meal after the ride was fantastic! I highly recommend this ride

Amazing views, safe fun riding, great food. - This was really great, guides and staff were awesome, horses were beautiful and incredibly tame (not a rider, but they were so sweet and calm I felt like a cowboy) and the food&wine were out of this world!

Horses, wine and steak - Everyone were inexperienced riders, but managed to enjoy the nearly 2hr ride herded along by two gauchos. Beautiful countryside! The asado was delicious and fun, fueled by steak and wine the diverse group managed to come together to sing a rousing Happy Birthday to a young Chilean participant.

Good ranch food and horseback ride - This is a good tour. They pick you up and return you from Bariloche. It’s a bit of a drive to the ranch. We were greeted in the morning with coffee and pastries in a beautiful wood lodge with a fireplace roaring. There is a long talk about the animals that live in the area. I would’ve liked to have heard more about the horses that we were about to ride. The horses were strong, healthy and easy to ride. We walked mostly with only a small amount of trotting. After the ride, there is a big lunch served in the lodge which is wonderful. Be prepared for wind, as it can be quite strong in this area.

Bariloche, the landscape as an aesthetic resource - The mountainous landscape and Lake Nahuel Huapi make for a vacation in Bariloche. The people of Bariloche are good hosts for tourism. It is a city that welcomes all social sectors and all ages. There is a wide range of hotels, hostels, houses, and campsites to stay in. Public transport connects various parts of the city but the cars are in deplorable condition and are overflowing with tourists. Now, the visitor will find a Bariloche that is a city partly unfinished and without municipal maintenance. Narrow, pitted, patched streets. Very expensive. Excessively expensive and monopolized tourist services such as the Turisur company that monopolizes excursions around the lakes. Deplorable company that charges up to US$90 per person to sail on boats in poor condition that spew jets of diesel oil into the Nahuel Huapi, Frías lakes that are part of national parks. In addition to the ECOtasa (and other piles of taxes) that they charge to improve the tourist infrastructure that has not been repaired or expanded for about 30 years. In short, Bariloche is saved by the qualities of the landscape, which is undoubtedly highly exploited as an aesthetic resource.
