Wonderful Experience - The tour was a fantastic way to see the panoramic sites on the way to San Martin de Los Andes. The landscapes with the gorgeous mountains and lakes are amazing. The tour guide from LS Travel Group Brc was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He made the ride fun.

Beautiful day trip - The scenery was absolutely spectacular. The tour was a great small group experience. I was the only one in the group who did not speak Spanish so the guide, Matias, did a great job of translating for me so that I wouldn’t miss anything.

As a guide is very good and can shift from English to Spanish and to Portuguese. Very good recommendation with regards to where to eat, etc.

7 Lakes route stunning- tour company disappointing - The 7 Lakes area is stunning and nothing can take away from its beauty and we loved being there.
The tour, however, was spoiled by us being assigned the back seats in a small bus that had very limited window viewing area. Also, the back of the bus was extremely uncomfortable. On the return journey, the rows in front of us were able to recline their seats, effectively eliminating our viewing area.
The back row of this type of bus should not be sold or be sold at a reduced rate. It would seem that back-seat passengers on previous tours had made similar complaints to the guide.
We were determined to enjoy the day and this delightful part of the world did deliver that. It’s a pity the tour company didn’t value all its customers equally.

Tour is not as they advertise - Good things first - the tour itself was beautiful- the lakes, the mountains and the town of San Martin was incredible but that has nothing to do with the tour. When I booked the tour through an operator I clearly asked her if it has an English speaking guide and she said yes and charged me $100 extra for the two of us - the guide was all Spanish speaking and doesn’t interact with anyone and the driver too - so rest assured when I get home I will call them to ask for a refund! If you can’t get an English guide don’t charge extra then ! I should get a full refund if you ask me !
