Taste of San Diego - Went solo but met some great friends and enjoyed all of the food in the Gaslamp area. If you want a taste of the area, would recommend.

Perfect start to our San Diego adventure! - Noah was terrific! In addition to the wonderful tour he gave us tons of recommendations for things to do and restaurants in San Diego. He’s also a professional photographer and took great pictures for us along the way. The food was awesome and plenty of it! Highly recommend!

Great time! - We had a great experience with Noah! He took us to five places that were all local San Diego establishments. He also gave us a bit of history on the area. It was also nice to meet the other folks on the tour with us. I would definitely recommend doing this tour!!

Okay experience - This was the fifth food tour I have done in the US, and it was just okay. The group we got paired with was great, but we didn't feel the price of the tour matched the food experience. We had to share a bagel between four people at the first stop. It's not comfortable sharing food with someone outside your family, let alone a total stranger. The Cuban and Thai place were fantastic and well worth the stop. The Taco place was a fast-food taco, and the beef taco was medium at best. All it had was beef and red onions. No salsa, no guacamole. It didn't seem worth the stop there. The ice cream was fantastic. Our tour guide knew a lot of history about California and the Gaslamp District. He talked up a lot of restaurants outside of the Gaslamp District, which those sounded better than a couple of places we went to. Overall, I'd give it a solid C.
