Tijuana tour with a local - Excellent experience from start to finish. Meeting point representative and instructions to meet our guide on the Mexico side was seamless. Our guide Tonia was simply amazing. Highly recommended.

Great tour! - Was my firts time in Tijuana and the tour was great! Humberto is very friendly guy and he explain a lot about the city.

Poor Guide but Tijuana was interesting - This had the potential to be an excellent tour but our tour guide was terrible. She was very hard to hear at times as she either spoke away from the group or to one person rather than directing her conversation to the group. She did not seem interested in giving the group information on Mexico or Tijuana, saying things were very old or back in the day, she was very unsure of the history and not knowledgeable as you would expect a tour guide to be. She was much more interested in America than Mexico and at times she was disrespectful to her own heritage. She had zero passion for her job and just wanted to get us from a to b and at the stops she would disappear from the group.

Border Tours No Show! - The guide was a no show! After and hour and a half waiting around and multiple attempts to reach the vendor, both directly and through Viator, I am still waiting for some sort of communication explaining the reason for the mixup as well as a refund. I have used Viator often because I was under the impression that I would be protected from this type of situation but sadly, I was mistaken.
