• Gaslamp Quarter Sign - Initially known as Rabbitville due to its ideal environment for rabbits, the area was later renamed Old Town and eventually the Gaslamp Quarter, inspired by the streetlights of the same name. The buildings date back to the 19th century, but the sign itself was unveiled in 1990.
• Gaslamp Museum at the Davis-Horton House - This saltbox-style house, considered the oldest in the Gaslamp, was built with materials shipped from Maine due to a local lumber shortage. It later served as the City Hospital.
• Horton Grand Hotel - Originally two separate hotels, this property became the famous residence of Wyatt Earp in the 19th century.
• Balboa Theatre - Built in 1924, this theatre was celebrated for its excellent acoustics and Broadway-sized stage, with an initial seating capacity of 1,500.
• Horton Plaza Park - The city of San Diego purchased the land for this park in 1895, and it was designated a historic site in 1971.
• Tivoli Bar - Once a blacksmith shop, boarding house, and brothel, this building was converted into a bar in 1895 and frequently visited by Wyatt Earp during his time in San Diego.
