- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship or flight.
- Our office hours are 12pm until the sunset sail departure. Leave a voice or text message outside of those hours and we will get back to you.

- Each person regardless of age MUST have a ticket due to strict Coast Guard regulations. This includes infants of any age. Extra person’s regardless of age that arrive and put us over our passenger limit will be denied boarding.
- We sail as scheduled in the event of light rain.
- We are located at Safeharbor Sunroad Marina, 945 Harbor Island Dr. San Diego, CA 92109. We will meet at Gate 1 Docks A-D
- We cannot guarantee seperate reservations will be on the same boat due to strict coast guard capacity safety rules. to ensure your entire party sails together, only make 1 reservation for your entire group.
