Highly recommended - Very interesting activity if you are into chocolate (who’s is not?). You will learn everything about chocolate. You even make your own chocolate bars. Every question I asked was meet with an answer. I highly recommend .

Great value, great fun! - Absolutely loved it and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t like chocolate. But myself and our group had such a fun time and I highly recommend it. From the making of your own chocolate to tasting it, it was really cool. To top it off you get to bring home quite a bit too (a chocolate bar, 2 chocolate wheels and cocoa beans).
Very good value, very fun and highly recommend.

Amazing Workshop Experience - Axel was our guide here in Cancun, one of the friendliest people I've met during my stay. He was extremely accommodating making sure we were having fun, and even showing us extra local spots outside of the experience we booked with him. The chocolate making experience was informative and tasty, we were able to take home table chocolate, our own chocolate bar, and we had chocolate mousse made by our instructor at the end. I highly recommend this experience!

This is more than just a workshop - This experience was one of my highlights on my vacation to Cancun. We choose this and the mezcal tasting with All around and we are more than happy. We got to the chocolate Chef workshop and she had a chocolate tea welcoming drink for us, was very refreshing. Then they explained to us the whole history behind the production, the process and the leyends about chocolate. We also where able to do our own chocolate and keep it as a souvenir and we where able to buy some more for friends and family (my girlfriend ate all of it the same night).
Thank you very much to share this kind of experiences. We definitely come back!

You really haven't experienced such cheekiness - The only positive was the childminder and the arcade.
Cons:
1. the pool, which is smaller than any private pool is supposedly warmed to 28 degrees with thermal water, oddly enough the pool is cold, the outdoor pool is a little warmer, but will only open from 2pm.
2. The Zunmer smell musty, no matter how much you ventilate.
3. The furniture is old, the boxes smell dirty.
4. We didn't specify our titles at the time of booking, at the table was family DI.....(so modern that you can see that the woman in the family has a Dr.hat you are apparently not)
5. The owner apparently struggled a lot when studying because he has to write his title everywhere.
6. The hotel is called a family hotel, breakfast is only served at 7:45, dinner at 18:30 or 19:00. How is it supposed to work with little kids when they're hungry at 6 and go to bed at 7?
Apparently, the Dr. was never with his children.
7. Breakfast 7:45, bus to ski course leaves at 8:50. This creates unnecessary stress, especially since the children then have to wait forever again at the ski school.
8. There is an afternoon snack from 3:30. No possibility for lunch, except the children are registered with the childcare, which you do not need for older children skiing and smaller children can not yet be looked after, so you have to spend extra money.
9. The waiters at dinner are snooty penguins, slow, inattentive, unless you order a bottle of wine for 50 euros, which we as people who take reasonable holidays with small children do not want.
The waitresses at breakfast are friendly and attentive.
10. The food is rather mixed, for adults you try to make antiquated bonnet cuisine, the children are put hard schnitzels with rice or hard turkey skewers.
11. For children's bathrobes you have to pay stakes....Family hotel I just say.
12. Departure time is 10 am and the greatest CHEEK: already 3 minutes before 10 am the room card is blocked.
SUMMARY: The price is completely out of proportion to the performance.

No communication - I hadn’t heard from the tour about what time I was being picked up. I had messaged them the day before the tour and had no response. So on the morning of the tour I called them. I was told that because I was the only person on the tour that it had been canceled. They hadn’t canceled it on trip advisor and they hadn’t bothered to let me know. I ended up not being able to do anything for the day and had I known earlier I may have been able to book a different tour. I understand the need to cancel because I’m of one person, but they should have let me know

Do not trust them - After coming up to cancun from playa del Carmen we called to find out where they were as we had been waiting for 15 minutes past the start time. When they finally answered they said they made a mistake and put us down for another day and they would refund us the money. When asked if they are going to reimburse us for the $100 in taxi fares they hung up and would not answer again.

TERRIBLE!!!!! - SOOO Pissed. we took a $75 cab into cancun for this. they said to meet at the burger king on the corner but never showed. Had to pay international rates to call them from cancun. They answered and said "oh, we scheduled you for tomorrow. sorry. we can't help you today." then hung up on us. we called back 3 times and they kept hanging up on us until they disconnected the phone. still don't have a refund from them. DO NOT do this experience.
