- Flaherty Wines - Ed Flaherty and Jen Hoover are two Californians who arrived in Chile in 1993 to work in a harvest and then decided to settle in the Aconcagua Valley. This valley has an exceptional climate for growing grapes, producing red wines with soft tannins and intense fruit aromas. In 2004, Ed and Jen began the “Flaherty Wines” adventure as a boutique winery producing their red blends. From the first harvest of 1,200 bottles, the winery grew and managed to produce 40,000 bottles in 2015. Enjoy a tour of the winery and taste two of their best wines.
