Had an amazing experience - We had an amazing experience with Alcatraz Bikes & Tours! The bike rental and Alcatraz tour combo was so much fun. Aladin's customer service was top-notch, and he gave us clear instructions on how our day would go. We got to explore SF on bikes and then took the ferry to Alcatraz. 10/10 recommend!

Rude employee who doesn't know his job. - Rude employee who doesn't know his job. We had reserved 2 bicycles with a child seat in advance. The employee knew nothing about our reservation. He didn't know how to install the child seats on the bikes so we couldn't get any bikes in the end. When I asked how we could cancel to get our money back, he said it had to be done through my reservation on the website. When I was logged in there but didn't see an option to cancel anywhere and asked how to do it, he said he didn't know and that I should just ask my husband. I told him that my husband didn't work there and he did, but he didn't want to understand that. When I asked for my money back in cash, he called me 'crazy'. Really not recommended!
