A great way to see the bridge and sausolito - Trying to find the bike hire shop. The beautiful views. Great information along the way. Not been told there are 3 quite steep hills to go up!! With an ordinary bike. Definitely hire an assisted bike if you haven't used a bike in some time.

Must Do Tour! - Amazing day! We opted for the e-bikes and it was a good choice for this 65+ pair. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We even had time to Uber up to Muir Woods and then back to Sausalito for a glass of wine bay side to admire the views. We recommend this tour to everyone.

Well worth it - Orla was really informative and made sure she included everyone. Lots of interesting history and plenty of stops to get photos. I recommend taking the ebike for the hills. A few of us continue on from Sausalito toTiburon. That leg is not particularly scenic as you cycle alongside the highway and roads. The ferry ride back to San Fran is spectacular though. Its a bonus being able to continue biking on after the tour ends.

Golden Gate bike tour - Such a great experience to see San Francisco by bike through the eyes of a local! Adam our guide had an intimate knowledge and love of his city and had a poetic way of explaining the history and interesting facts on our regular stops along the way. This is an easy ride for experienced riders with only 3 challenging hills which are made simple with the addition of an e-bike for inexperienced riders. It was a fun day all round. I highly recommend taking time to explore Sausolito at the end of the guided tour and the ferry ticket back, then take advantage of the whole day bike rental and explore San Francisco more widely before returning your bike.

Blazing Saddles over Bay City Bikes on Taylor - I remember taking this tour two years ago, and that trip was superb. We had the greatest time. This time, however, We were met by a very disgruntled worker who was upset. We were just a few minutes late. He was treating members in my party, harshly, very and rude. He was even throwing things around and slamming things. I didn’t catch his name, but he had brown colored hair and a full beard. One of the people in my party had a flat tire, when we asked the guide for assistance, we found that our company sent us with a completely different bike tour company (blazing saddles) and thus, couldn’t help us. When I called the tour company number listed on my bike, I was met with a very rude and condescending man asking me numerous questions. Which I understood; he needed specific information, but the sarcasm wasn’t necessary. They came to replace the bike fairly quickly. In my opinion, the blazing saddles bike tour company might be the way to go over Bay City bikes. Despite are not being a part of the blazing saddles group, the guides were very welcoming, warm and friendly.

Stay Away From Viator Bookings - The vendor tried to cancel/reschedule our booking the night before, and when we arrived the next day to pick up the bikes, they tried to charge a $500 deposit per bicycle on my credit card. I canceled on site and when I tried to get a refund from viator, they claimed that they could not issue a refund with no explanation.
