Bikes in good condition - We booked e-bikes for the ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. The bikes were in perfect condition. The extra charge for e-bikes instead of normal bikes was worth it. The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain the bikes.

Go ! Go ! That's awesome ! - Excellent location, high quality bike, battery fully charge for a whole day experience (if you don't bike on level 5 all day of course but hey, it's still a bike not a Harley D), easy online renting, around 100$ with bike insurance to go from Lombard to GGB, Sausalito, Presidio, Marina and more... It really was a fantastic way to discover a part of this magic city ! Thanks so much. And people there are great and very helpful !

Highly recommend as a place to rent bikes. - Great bikes, great instruction for first time ebike riders, good location near parking garage, on line discounts. Friendly staff.

A must do activity, rent a bike - .Call the store directly to reserve. 1of 5 bike did not work properly. Little refund offered, but our hole trip changed.

Terrible dangerous experience - Awful experience. One minute minor instruction, and I was a first time e-bike rider. I had an accident and was seriously injured. Very congested on sidewalk of a very busy street in San Francisco. Too many customers with only two employees. Very rushed.
