Complimentary Overtime and Wait Time Policy:

Overtime and wait time charges apply after 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time specified in the reservation.

Additional Wait & Extra Stops Policy:

Additional wait time is charged at $15.00 to $30.00 for every 15 minutes after the initial complimentary 15 minutes. Extra stops are billed at $20.00 per stop, with higher rates possible depending on the actual distance.

Wait Time on Airport Arrivals:

• 45 minutes for International Arrivals
