Good time and good stops - Pretty good tour, honestly saw all the sights of San Francisco. And it’s cool that you’re not rushed. You can take your time to see everything!

Hands down best tour of SF — Best stops, with unlimited time! - Amazing tour in SF, definitely the best stops of SF! We saw Golden Gate Park, the bridge, Lombard street, Lands end, and a few more!
I would recommend the private luxury chauffeur, or the Uber pass!

Loved our private driver and tour! - Wow, this was the perfect tour for us! We had a 100% private luxury tour and we felt like royalty the whole time!

SFO guided tour with Gwen - I was extremely lucky to have Gwen as my guide in San Francisco. She is a knowledgable, humorous and friendly. I really enjoyed my tour of the “City”. You must experience this wonderful city in the company of Gwen.

An Unforgettable Tour of an Unforgettable City - I thoroughly enjoyed Gwen’s commentary throughout our private tour of the “City” as it is known here. Her cultured English accent added credibility to the many historical anecdotes she spoke about this world famous place. I felt lucky that I was in the company of a friendly and knowledgeable guide who shared her love of San Francisco so completely. Rest assure you will love it too.

Horrible. Save your time and money - I am shocked Viator allows this operator, Pintours, to continue. The software was full of bugs, and ended up having to pay $5 to drive through a car garage to access the Golden Gate Park. If this was a low cost tour, I’d chalk it up as a loose guide. A waste of precious time in the city.

No guide on this tour -- it's only a GPS based app. Highly misleading. - Highly misleading Viator listing... there is no guide on this "tour" -- it is simply a pre-recorded GPA location-controlled recording. I asked them who are guide was twice, and they evaded the question each time -- I now see why. Instead we paid over $600 for a private driven SUV, but of course the driver as not a "guide," and while he did the best he could with us, it was a negative experience. There were other, driven, small group tours in San Fran, with a REAL GUIDE, for significantly lower cost -- I would have 100% chose that had they been up front with me about the fact that there was no guide on this tour, but they were not. So we wasted the one afternoon we had in SF on this excursion. False advertising, deceptive marketing. I would not recommend anyone take this faux "tour."
(If all this wasn't bad enough, the "Pintours" app isn't even available in the Google Play Store.)
