Great day on e-bikes. - We hired e-bikes. We weren’t sure the batteries would last so we only used power on the hills. However, we made it over the GG bridge to Sausalito and then onto Muir Woods and back to Sausalito for the ferry with half a battery left. The hill up from Muir Woods is long and steep but took us only 9 minutes from bottom to top. Bikes were relatively light for e-bikes and the controls super easy (we don’t have e-bikes and my 16 year old daughter had never ridden one). Great day…..

Excellent way to experience Golden Gate - Fantastic way to see the San Francisco waterfront, the bridge and Sausilito. All very easy including taking the bike back on the ferry. Bike collection and return very easy and friendly staff.

San Francisco via e-Bike - It was so much fun to explore San Francisco with the e-Bikes! Went via Golden Gate Bridge to the view points and Sausalito. The best way to explore the city. Bikes were in good condition. Online booking worked well.

Good electric bicycles - Good electric bikes with which we explored SF. The only pity is that the detailed map is so small that you really need Google Maps to find the right route in SF

E bikes are a fantastic way to explore San Francisco! - Wife and I rented ebikes for the day. The process of reserving and acquiring the bikes was very smooth. We had a blast, and wouldn't have wanted to bike to Sausalito with regular bikes.. I only took off a star because the bikes could've been in a little better shape. I had a tire with an unseated bead or some other lump, and I had to me with the chain guard a few times to keep it from rubbing. Even so, we still had a blast, and I would highly recommend this.

This place is a fraud - This place is trash. My wife, daughter, and I spent $225 for three electric bikes for the entire day. However, about an hour into the ride, my bike stopped working. I think it was not charged, or it was a broken bike. But it broke down on the other side of the Golden Gate. I had to paddle up all of those hills. When we got back, we asked for a refund, but the manager named Marcus pretty much told us off; then I contacted the owner. His name is Luis, but he refuses to respond. Maybe he does not speak English, but her certainly does not embrace the values of customer service. Furthermore, if you look at their reviews, they have done similar things to other clients. They charged us for the full day, gave us a broken bike, then refused to refund us the money. We were pretty much victimized by this hole in the wall company. This place is a fraud. There are numerous other bike rentals within walking distance. Go to anyone of them.

Disappointed - The bike I received had a damaged plastic chain wheel cover. It was cracked with sharp edges. The edges tore up my fitted pant leg during my ride to the Golden Gate Bridge. When I asked for my money back as I was provided a damaged bike that ruined my pants, I was told they would not help me. Moral of the story: go over every inch of the bike before leaving, I expected better service for a company with good reviews.
