THEY WERE A LIFE SAVER!!! - Bay Area local, we were looking for the perfect date to enjoy a beautiful Saturday. My partner and I rented the Electric Assist bike to ride across the bridge down to Sausalito. Overall the service was great! But what impressed me the most was, when in Sausalito we somehow misplaced one of the bike lock keys. We had the bike locked up, we ate lunch and somehow misplaced the key. We spent over an hour looking for this key before giving up and calling blazing saddles. They were so kind and had a very quick solution. They had us take a picture of the bike and text it to them. They then sent us an address that was literally 5 minutes away from where we were. It was a restaurant, where we picked up a replacement bike and just like that we were good to continue our day. They gave us no grief and did not charge anything for losing their key. We felt so bad but were so impressed with their swift and polite service to our mistake. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone looking to rent bikes in the city.

Electric bike rental in San Francisco - Fantastic experience electric bikes were a must for older legs and hills. We went from Hyde St across Golden Gate bridge to Sausalito. It was stunning there and the sun shone. Karl (the fog) was present slighlt spoiling the views of the bridge.

Standout day of our time in SF - Great bikes that made our tour of the Golden Gate Bridge and parks a standout family activity. Service good - no question too daft and assurance they'd be around to sort difficulties out. Not needed, but good to be assured.

Great E-Bike Adventure, lots of fun - I would definitely recommend Blazing Saddles for the hire of electric bikes. The team are friendly and helpful and where keen to ensure our experience was great. The bikes are well maintained and in excellent condition. We were a party of 7 and hired the E-Blazer Electric Bikes. They were easy to use and made the journey so easy even for the members of the group who hadn't been on a bike for a while. We spent all day cycling around the bay and reached Tiburon where we caught the ferry home. Fantastic Day...

Efficient and friendly service - BOOK A FULL DAY IF YOU PLAN TO CROSS THE GOLDEN GATE OR GO TO SAUSALITO! Between taking pictures and taking very short breaks, time flew by so fast! The team was very friendly, efficient, and competent. The pickup and drop off were very smooth. They show at the store you a video presentation of the route, provide you with a helmet and a test drive. Water was also available at the store, if needed. In addition, they gave us tickets for the ferry just in case we decided to take the ferry back. Since we didn’t need the tickets, we didn’t have to pay for them. Very important: the condition of the bicycles was excellent, especially the brakes, which we used A LOT on that route.

30 km by bike in San Francisco - Rented the basic bike for one day via internet (20%) discount. We picked it up near pier 39 and returned it not far away. Following the map provided to us, we cycled along the golden gate, along the coast and in the city parks. The bike was well maintained and comfortable. We optioned the helmet which also protected our head from the strong wind on the bridge. The bike rental operators were kind and explained the route and use of the bike. The city is built on hills, so in some cases it is difficult to cycle, but it is a great option to visit different neighborhoods in a few hours

San Francisco to Sausalito by electric bicycle - Altogether great experience. First time on an electric bike, what a difference that motor makes getting you around. Very friendly and helpful staff get you sorted and on your “bike”! A definite thing to do when in San Francisco.

Good experience - OK rental shop, but they just need to have control of how a helmet should sit properly. We had chosen the normal bike, next time I will probably upgrade to a better model, but fine enough to get over the bridge, but a bit steep the way home. The video shown made it easy to find over there. but good trip and it can definitely be recommended.
